1004 Couture ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, and Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-order items ship when available and are processed as soon as they arrive.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States – Standard: $8.00, 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $70 or more.
- United States – Express: $15.00, 1–2 business days.
- Canada: $20.00, 7–14 business days.
- Jamaica & Caribbean: $25.00, 5–10 business days.
- United Kingdom: $25.00, 7–14 business days.
- European Union: $30.00, 7–14 business days.
- Australia: $35.00, 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships. Your exact options and cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes on international orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier fees set by the destination country. Where these can be calculated, they're shown at checkout. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility on delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos for damage) and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
